Car parking is available onsite at basement level and in the service lane/street at the front of the building. A fee is payable.

There are two hour and three hour free parking spaces

Buses are available outside the hospital that travel into and out of Frankston.

COVID-19 Visitor Update

The protection of our patients and staff is our highest priority.

In response to the current COVID-19 outbreak in Victoria, unfortunately we are not accepting visitors at our hospital until further notice, unless under exceptional circumstances*.

We apologise for the inconvenience and hardship this may cause, but appreciate your understanding the need to keep patients as safe as possible during these challenging times.

Please contact your loved ones by telephone or device, and our friendly staff will support and encourage regular digital drop-ins so you can keep in touch.

Frankston Private welcomes you to bring one support person with you to either the Day of Surgery Admission area or Oncology and Infusion Centre.

Once you are called to surgery your support person is welcome to leave and return later.

Nursing staff will call when you are ready for collection post procedure.

For Oncology and infusions your support person may accompany you into the department.

Unless they are patients we do not recommend bringing children to the hospital.

There are no children- minding services onsite.

Smoking and alcohol consumption is not permitted in the hospital.
